Diablo III Nintendo Switch and Game Quick Review

Take it for what it is: 4/5

As always, go somewhere else you want someone to ramble on forever about how awesome things are.

·         Pros

o   Gameplay: OK, if you have played every Diablo 3, nothing much new here, same amazing gameplay (after the Auction House of course). The gameplay is as smooth as any of the other consoles and PCs.

o   Portable: Now you can play on the toilet. Yes, that is right, the best positive out of this thing, toilet play. That’s right you guys, you know you will do it, you know you will be slaying countless demons on your throne. Just get it for this reason at least.

o   Decent Diablo 3 Skin: The switch itself has cool Diablo decals. It is not incredible, but it looks pretty cool. Again, a nice addition, if you don’t already have a Nintendo Switch and are a Diablo fan.

o   You get everything: This is the complete Diablo 3 package. You get everything Diablo 3 purchasable item. It is the Eternal Souls collection which includes Diablo 3, Reaper of Souls, and the Necromancer pack. A nice combo deal.

·         Cons

o   The same old thing: Really, it is just Diablo 3 Complete Edition. If you already have this game on every other platform (come on you know you do), there is no reason to get it, unless you are a die-hard Diablo fan and want the exclusive Diablo 3 Switch edition.

o   The skin is not mind-blowing: The Diablo 3 decals are OK, but not astounding. It is mostly a grey Nintendo Switch with one Diablo partial face on the back. I mean, look it up online. The doc is the coolest looking piece of it.

o   Horrible Switch Graphics: We all know the switch does not have the best graphics, so this is one of the lower end looking Diablo games. Graphics are muddy, low res, but the game is smooth. Again though, it is no PC type or Xbox One X 4K type of graphics.

ASTRO’s Playroom Review

Take it for what it is: 5/5 This game is incredibly cool and one of the best PS5 experiences I have played so far. I know a lot of people say it is just a tech demo, or too short etc. screw them. Sorry, just my opinion, but this is a fully fleshed out game that showcases the PS5’s capabilities. First off, this game is a homage to the PlayStation’s entire ecosystem and journey through it’s life. I love all systems, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC, but I will admit, I did grow up playing PlayStation and I understood a lot of the easter eggs and references. Besides this being an advertisement for PlayStation brand and the PS5, the actual game is great. The puzzles are well thought out, flow well and really make use of the Dual Sense controller. The haptics and full effects of the controller and capabilities are showcased here. There was not a level or world I was not enjoying myself. The graphics are top notch also. Truly a great showcase of just the early stages of PS5 development. ...

Killing Floor 2 Review

Take if for what it is: 5/5 One of the most underrated multiplayer games out there. I will admit, Helldivers 2 made me go back to this game again, and this game is an absolute blast! The devs always add new content that keep this game fresh. This game still plays like old school co-op games. Hop in, blow some shit up, and have a blast doing it! Unlike Helldivers and other co-op games with no PvP at all and continual nerfs, KF2 devs just keep making the game fun and everyone is overpowered/a blast to play. Higher difficulties get tough, but again, the main game can fully be enjoyed without ever even touching a suicide difficulty level. The developers truly keep this as a co-op game that is about hopping in with friends or random people and having fun killing stuff. With all of the classes, levels, secrets, and tons of other content. Too many companies are making PvE co-op games competitive and lose the aspect of enjoyment in a PvE game. This one has the developers always del...

Helldivers II Review

Take if for what it is: 3/5 The game is OK now, but still not fun for me anymore. Many people still love it and I have friends who love playing it, but it is too much of a time investment and grind/work for me. To each their own and buy it at your own risk. Again, this is a live service game so take that into consideration and know Sony and other live service companies are trying to get you to spend your life playing these games. It is OK and being a former WoW player they are great at times, but right now, it is not for me. I still prefer Back 4 Blood, L4D, Aliens Fireteams, KF2 and others I can hop in, kill stuff, and then leave. They do not have the content these full live service games have, but again, you can hop in them, and then bounce and do not need to play 10-20 hours a week to keep up. It reminds me of Outriders. When it released, it was pretty awesome and then the devs started to cater to the streamers and people who spend 5-10 hours a day playing the same game over and ove...
