Dead Space (2008) Review

Take it for what it is: 4/5               I replayed the original to prepare for the remake and wish I’d played it at launch. It’s a strong horror game, though not quite the genre-defining masterpiece some claim. It excels in a few areas, but it also has clear shortcomings.               Visually, I’m playing in 2025–2026, so it looks dated by today’s standards. The Callisto Protocol Review

Take it for what it is: 4/5  I am replaying it on PC having finished it on console. It is actually a good game and is what I expected. This is possibly the most Next-Gen game I have played by far. People also complained it was short, but I prefer shorter, story focused games than a bunch of item collecting/filler on a large map (very few of those checklist games I even completed 100%). It took me about 11.5 hours to finish and it felt fine in length to me. I do wish it had more variety though. It was good overall but more enemy type...
